Working principle
The PLM shear pump realizes the emulsification, dispersion, dissolution and homogenization from simple mixing to high requirements. With the design of special impeller and inducer, the stabilizer, colloid, powder, sugar and liquid can be rapidly dissolved and hydrated.
Structural features
PLM shear pump can be perfectly applied to milk, syrup, pudding, sauce making, ice cream, sugar products and salad dressing. This series of pumps is designed for mixing, emulsification, dispersion, dissolution and homogenization.
Compared with traditional agitators, TRL-H shear pump can work quickly and efficiently because of its special impeller design, saving 90% of time.
The material of all parts in contact with materials (pump head and hopper) is SS316
Fully online cleaning (CIP) is available, thus saving the time wasted during manual cleaning and shutdown. It also avoids the risk of equipment damage caused by external cleaning (COP).
Small size, heavy load, large processing capacity, in line with the current technical development level.
The treatment capacity can be up to 40m3/hr.
